Keri and Steve are proud to offer a lovely large 1 bedroom apartment to rent in Paradise Court. This apartment has been described as one of the best available on this small, and well run complex. It boasts a huge, sunny balcony with wonderful views and you can park your car outside the front door.

Paradise Court is a small complex set into the hillside in the Torviscas area of Playa de las Americas. It is approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Torviscas and a short taxi drive into the centre of las Americas. The complex is small well run and our apartment enjoys the best location on the complex.

Aqualand, The Toby Jug pub, Pirate pub and Phoenix restaurant are approx. 5 minutes walk from the complex.

There is a supermarket near to the complex which stocks all manner of British foods as well as Spanish.

The complex has a nice swimming pool, with pool bar offering drinks and snacks during the day.The reception is next to the pool area and the staff there will be happy to offer advice and assistance.

The apartment is managed on-site to the highest standard by a company owned and run by a british couple. In the event of an emergency, they can be reached on their mobile phone. They are also available at their offices in Los Cristianos to solve any problems or answer any questions you might have.
